The round topped stele carved in sunk relief and inscribed for the funerary priest - Amon Seramun. The deceased is shown standing, wearing a long kilt, accompanied by his wife behind. They both make the gesture of worship in favor of the God Osiris, shown enthroned in front of them, holding the Heka scepter and whip.
The hieroglyphics translate as follows:
TOP LEFT (ABOVE OSIRIS): May a royal offering be given to Osiris, lord of Abydos (?), the great god.
TOP CENTER, CONTINUING DOWN BETWEEN MAN AND WOMAN: For the ka of the wab-priest of Amun-Ser-amun, true of voice, and for the ka of the songstress Tjent-Tjertjer, true of voice.
FIVE HORIZONTAL LINES: May a royal offering be given to Amun-Re, Horakhty, Atum, and Horus who sails across the sky, so that they may (in turn) give bread, beer, oxen, and fowl Â-- everything good, pure, and sweet on which the gods live Â-- for the ka of the Osiris, the wab-priest of the front of (the procession of) Amun, the wab-priest of the temple of Amun and overseer of builders of the temple of Amun, Ser-amun, true of voice, and for the ka of the lady of the house, the songstress (?) of Wepwawet, lord of Asyut, Tjent-tjertjer, true of voice.
